Provides legal and administrative support to the Social Security team by organizing case files, pleadings, evidence, exhibits, and correspondence. Maintains calendars, deadlines, indexes, billing, and filing systems; researches laws and regulations; drafts and proofreads legal documents; coordinates with clients and witnesses; and assists attorneys with case preparation and office logistics.

The Senior Business Analyst will identify and implement AI-driven process improvements, build AI-powered workflows and automations, and collaborate with engineering on LLM-based document review and data extraction. Responsibilities include integrating internal systems, developing prompts, creating reusable tools, building dashboards and operational reports, querying Redshift with SQL, monitoring automation performance, and recommending emerging AI solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Build and litigate ERISA class actions from initial theory through trial, including fiduciary-duty cases involving retirement and health benefits. Collaborate with attorneys nationwide, handle motion practice, discovery, and courtroom proceedings, and help strategically develop and grow the firm’s ERISA class action practice.
