Lead technical delivery and evolution of Order Management systems (Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud). Manage complex IT projects and cloud migrations, produce functional and technical designs, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, estimate effort, lead development/testing/implementation, mentor operations/production support, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end manufacturing operations for a defined product value stream, aligning production, engineering, and supply chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Drive lean transformation, Kaizen events, KPI management (SQDC), ISO compliance, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operational performance and deliver on customer demand.

Support manufacturing by identifying and leading process and quality improvements, resolving production quality issues, validating packaging, performing statistical analyses (DOE, capability, hypothesis testing), and driving root-cause corrective actions using lean Six Sigma methods. Interface with cross-functional teams for new product introduction, efficiency gains, and stop-ship/quality alert resolution while preparing process and product reports and participating in continuous improvement activities.
