Owns the buildout and operation of MOXGUARD’s recurring resilience advisory delivery organization. Responsibilities include developing standardized service models, playbooks, tooling, SLAs, onboarding, quality controls, capacity and cost models, utilization targets, and margin instrumentation. Leads advisor recruitment and development, supports key clients and escalations, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to scale consistent, renewal-worthy cybersecurity services.

Sell MOXGUARD recurring resilience services to post-incident and proactive prospects by leading technical qualification, discovery, solution design, and scoped proposals. Build technical champions, create phased security roadmaps, own technical scope for proposals/RFPs/SOWs, navigate procurement and compliance, forecast pipeline, and hit MRR quota while handing off delivery to services.

Lead and build MOXFIVE's Customer Success function: define strategy and KPIs, create post-incident client journeys, manage a CS team, drive retention and expansion, serve as senior escalation and primary POC for top-tier accounts, and partner cross-functionally to translate service quality into growth.
