Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprises, regulated organizations, and public-sector accounts. Partner with business development and solutions engineering teams on market strategy, technical discovery, pilots, and customer rollouts. Engage executive and technical stakeholders while refining Mozilla’s regional sales motion and value propositions around security, resilience, deployment flexibility, and trust.

Supports enterprise sales of Firefox Enterprise across the DACH region by leading technical discovery, solution design, workshops, pilots, proofs of concept, deployment planning, and interoperability validation. Advises customers on enterprise security, identity, endpoint management, policy, certificates, networking, and integration architecture. Creates technical enablement assets, manages technical customer relationships, supports partners, and translates regulatory requirements into deployable solutions.

Develop and optimize Firefox performance across Windows, Android, Linux, and macOS. Write code, tests, prototypes, and performance tooling; profile and resolve bottlenecks; improve benchmarks; and collaborate with engineering teams. The role also involves setting performance strategy, educating engineers, driving cross-functional goals, and contributing to Firefox’s open-source development.

Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Firefox Desktop search across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Lead experimentation, metrics development, search partnerships, and cross-functional delivery of privacy-focused search and AI experiences. Balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue objectives while driving measurable engagement and business outcomes.

Leads geographically distributed frontend engineers improving the Firefox Desktop user experience. Owns delivery of high-quality, maintainable software, manages priorities and risks, establishes engineering processes, develops team members, and collaborates with Product, UX, QA, Operations, and Data Science. The role requires frontend platform experience, strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and the ability to deliver sophisticated user-facing experiences.

Build and improve Mozilla’s Firefox Add-ons platform, including moderation pipelines, reviewer tools, DevHub, and full-stack features. Develop React/TypeScript frontends and Django/MySQL backends, improve reliability through Google Cloud deployments, monitoring, and incident response, and create observability and security systems. Collaborate with product, design, QA, reviewers, developers, and open-source contributors while responding to platform incidents and supporting ecosystem safety.

Own end-to-end recruiting for complex technical, staff-level, and leadership roles. Build and operate Mozilla’s first B2B technical support operations capability. Own support vendors, workflows, training, capacity planning, metrics, governance, escalations, incident response, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to deliver reliable enterprise support. Translate customer and support insights into improvements across products, processes, tooling, documentation, and automation.

Leads end-to-end recruiting for complex technical, staff-level, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include advanced passive sourcing, high-stakes candidate closing and negotiation, executive stakeholder advising, recruiting process improvement, hiring calibration, leveling consistency, and long-term talent pipeline and succession planning.

Lead the architecture, reliability, and evolution of hybrid-cloud and workplace infrastructure. Design and operate scalable systems across compute, networking, DNS, identity, and data centers; drive migrations, automation, monitoring, incident response, and performance improvements. Collaborate across IT, SRE, security, and service-owner teams, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and maintain operational documentation. Build and maintain Mozilla’s Internal Developer Infrastructure Platform, including CI/CD, observability, Kubernetes optimization, environment bootstrapping, and cloud cost optimization. Support development teams, guide technical decisions, create platform features and agentic workflows, improve developer productivity, and promote maintainable engineering practices.
