Serves as the CEO’s strategic partner, translating priorities into organizational alignment and decision-ready actions. The Chief of Staff filters issues for CEO attention, supports executive leadership coordination, prepares the CEO for Board and external engagements, represents delegated authority, and aligns Investment Committee work with Foundation strategy. The role influences without formal authority, drives cross-functional priorities, manages high-stakes information, and supports governance, fundraising, and major organizational decisions.

Develop and manage direct client and agency relationships across the UK and Europe, sell Mozilla’s digital advertising products, exceed revenue and logo targets, build sales pipelines, analyze campaign performance, maintain CRM records, and communicate customer feedback to product and marketing teams. The role requires strong digital media sales experience, major agency and brand relationships, knowledge of online media planning and performance advertising, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Own the Firefox Enterprise product strategy, roadmap, requirements, metrics, and delivery for hosted and on-premise offerings. Partner with engineering, design, security, infrastructure, legal, sales, finance, support, and enterprise customers to prioritize needs, launch products, support compliance, and enable go-to-market readiness. The role also contributes to cross-workstream planning, new enterprise capabilities, market expansion, and product team mentorship.
