Hands-on Director of Finance owning full accounting cycle, cash forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, controls, and scalable process/systems improvements. Manage a small finance team, partner with operations and sales, support HR admin, and lead special projects to build finance infrastructure in a startup environment.

Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing targeted growth strategies, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating renewals/upgrades, tracking growth metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and revenue expansion.

Lead marketing with full P&L ownership to create category awareness for MP1 Solutions. Set strategy, allocate budget, build demand-generation and GTM motions, enable sales, own brand and content, run product launches, and drive measurable MQL-to-revenue outcomes while managing and developing the marketing team.
