Leads strategic semiconductor programs across engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers. Responsibilities include monitoring plans and dependencies, driving deliverables, improving program-management processes, managing risks, escalating issues, and establishing scalable approaches for major development initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, organization, stakeholder influence, communication, and technical affinity, with up to 10% travel.

Operate wire cutting and stripping machines to prepare wire and cable assemblies. Set up equipment according to cut sheets and job orders, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, inspect products for specifications, minimize scrap, and report operating issues. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 70 pounds, reading precise measurements, and following written and verbal instructions under direct supervision.

Analyze consumer, shopper, market, channel, retailer, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities. Develop category, pricing, assortment, distribution, retail channel, and go-to-market recommendations; support product launches and customer presentations; build performance dashboards; and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive profitable consumer product growth.
