Lead analytics and data science initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes across various functions, including Underwriting and Claims. Oversee the full analytics lifecycle, foster stakeholder engagement, and mentor junior team members.

Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves complex commercial automobile and general liability claims. Manages bodily injury, property damage, coverage, and litigated matters; establishes reserves, develops resolution strategies, oversees defense counsel, negotiates settlements, and pursues recovery opportunities. Maintains regulatory compliance, accurate claim documentation, stakeholder communication, and timely escalation of material issues. Requires extensive commercial casualty claims experience, adjuster licensing, strong judgment, and proficiency with claims systems.

Supports Financial Lines underwriting by evaluating financial statements, credit reports, industry trends, and client risk profiles. Assists with new and renewal business, coverage terms, data analysis, and underwriting decisions while collaborating with claims, legal, and finance teams. Participates in mentorship, industry learning, and project work.
