Prepare and submit commercial insurance filings to U.S. state insurance departments. Manage filings in SERFF, FilingRamp, iFile, and state systems; interpret regulations; maintain form libraries and filing records; track approvals, objections, and effective dates; draft regulator responses; and coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, and product teams. Help develop standardized filing processes and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Gather and analyze commercial insurance form, rate, and rule requirements; translate business needs into system specifications; document requirements; support system design, development, prioritization, and user acceptance validation; communicate between business and technical teams; assess risks and impacts of system changes; and identify process automation and improvement opportunities.

Lead analytics and data science initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes across various functions, including Underwriting and Claims. Oversee the full analytics lifecycle, foster stakeholder engagement, and mentor junior team members.
