Manage client relationships and administration for complex Global Capital Markets accounts, overseeing operational, regulatory, and risk management activities. Coordinate with legal, risk, compliance, and external parties to structure and close transactions, execute cash flows and fee billing, prepare proposals, and support sales efforts. Supervise and mentor junior staff, lead projects, improve controls and processes, and represent the business at closings and client meetings to support retention and growth.

Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships and account administration, oversee transaction structuring and execution, coordinate legal/risk/compliance reviews, support sales and fee proposals, supervise junior staff, lead projects to improve controls and services, and ensure regulatory and audit compliance.

Assist in client relationship management, perform cash application, position reconciliation, and support compliance reporting while enhancing workflows and processes.
