Provide customer-facing operational support for press release distribution and newsroom publishing on Muck Racks platform: troubleshoot formatting, scheduling, and delivery; monitor release status; escalate technical issues; maintain documentation; and collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely, accurate distributions and high customer satisfaction.

Drive driver-based financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI reporting to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions. Own Pigment planning infrastructure, partner on expense management, automate reporting with Sheets/Looker, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver executive-ready insights and ad-hoc analyses to support growth and efficiency.

The Outbound SDR will generate opportunities through outbound outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, maintaining a focus on productivity and strategic prospecting.
