Lead Product Designer owning end-to-end growth journeys (discovery, activation, monetization). Design experiments, prototypes, and reusable growth patterns; partner with product, research, data, and engineering; manage and mentor 1–3 designers; advocate for user trust while optimizing funnels and pricing, onboarding, and upgrade flows.

Design and scale customer education programs and outcome-based learning journeys, create reusable learning content, partner cross-functionally, enable CS teams globally, and measure learning engagement and adoption to improve programs.

Lead end-to-end Customer Insights product: define the canonical usage data layer, build customer-facing analytics and audit surfaces, and deliver AI-native insights. Partner with engineering, data, design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion narratives, ensure enterprise readiness (permissions, compliance), and translate ambiguous business questions into clear product experiences and APIs.
