Conduct prospect identification, donor research, portfolio reviews, and moves management to support fundraising goals. Create prospect lists, donor profiles, philanthropic trend reports, and data-driven insights. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, coordinate demographic and predictive data enrichment, audit prospect information, monitor philanthropy trends, and manage research vendors and budgets. Requires collaboration with fundraisers, strong analytical and communication skills, and occasional evening or weekend event work.

Oversee museum security operations, contract security providers, security systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, compliance, reporting, and staff training. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services, maintain security policies and records, conduct audits and drills, and promote organization-wide security awareness while protecting visitors, employees, assets, and facilities.

Leads the Museum’s legal function as its sole in-house attorney. Advises executive leadership and the Board on governance, compliance, ethics, risk, employment, labor, intellectual property, and nonprofit matters. Drafts and negotiates complex contracts, manages outside counsel and litigation, oversees insurance, and co-leads enterprise risk management. Requires practical, strategic legal guidance across a complex nonprofit organization.

Identify, cultivate, and close new corporate partnerships; manage a 50-75 account portfolio; design sponsorships and activations; prepare proposals and CRM records; collaborate with marketing and events; support donor stewardship and onsite sponsorship fulfillment.
