Plan, organize, and execute fundraising and donor events including timelines, budgets, contracts, vendors, registrations, promotions, sponsorship solicitations, volunteer supervision, post-event reconciliation and tracking, and stakeholder coordination to strengthen donor relationships and support Development goals.

Lead design and execution of an integrated donor relations and stewardship program. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop stewardship plans, manage donor communications and recognition, oversee tracking and reporting of gifts, and supervise communications and prospect research staff. Serve as the primary resource for donor questions, enhance stewardship processes, and support events and engagement activities to advance philanthropy.

Manage membership acquisition, renewal, fulfillment, and member communications across direct mail, digital channels, and onsite conversions. Coordinate with marketing, ticketing, and guest services, assist with events, track data integrity and reporting (Salesforce, Ticketure, Marketing Cloud), and provide member customer service and desk support.
