Develops and manages customer relationships, meets sales quotas, identifies new clients, conducts market research, and sells Japanese food products across an assigned region. Visits customers, processes orders, coordinates deliveries and collections, resolves product issues, and collaborates with purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams. Requires extensive driving, bilingual English and Japanese communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Develops sales in an assigned territory by prospecting, cold calling, networking, visiting customers, meeting quotas, and maintaining client relationships. Provides product education and customer support, resolves issues, coordinates orders and deliveries with internal departments, processes database orders, and supports payment collection. Requires frequent driving, regional travel, inventory participation, and attendance at company events.
