Own quota, develop business cases, lead demos, negotiate contracts, and drive upsells across product lines. Build pipeline using regional relationships and work cross-functionally to close large ARR deals. Role requires travel and contributes to Growth team strategy.

The Director of Customer Success leads enterprise bank and credit union accounts, focusing on customer relationship management, growth, and satisfaction while mentoring a team and collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Lead finance and accounting functions including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting/controllership, audit, tax, treasury, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with founders, board, and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, pricing, M&A readiness, and scaling the finance team while maintaining strong controls and GAAP compliance.

Serve as Narmi's fraud subject-matter expert across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-live support. Advise customers on fraud strategy, configure fraud tools, partner with Sales and Product, influence roadmap, and expand adoption of fraud solutions like Narmi Guard.
