Teams at Narmi

Serve as Narmi's fraud subject-matter expert across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-live support. Advise customers on fraud strategy, configure fraud tools, partner with Sales and Product, influence roadmap, and expand adoption of fraud solutions like Narmi Guard.

The Product Director will lead product strategy for Narmi's Consumer Banking, oversee manager teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure product quality and user satisfaction, while traveling to client locations 10% of the time.

Lead and close complex, high-ACV enterprise sales of the Narmi One platform to community financial institutions. Manage full sales cycle, build business cases, demo product, negotiate contracts, and drive upsell while owning quota. Collaborate with SDRs, sales engineers, product and marketing; travel ~25–40% to support deals.
