Teams at National Insurance Crime Bureau

Leads NICB’s internal and external communications, public relations, branding, marketing, media relations, public awareness campaigns, executive communications, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement. Oversees communications staff, budgets, strategic planning, annual reports, newsletters, website and social media content, spokesperson training, and relationships with media, members, industry associations, law enforcement, and organizational partners.

Supports HR administration, HR systems, onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle documentation, reporting, SharePoint content, process documentation, and workflow improvements. Manages HR inquiries, coordinates background checks and interviews, maintains HRIS data, assists with compliance reporting and employee programs, and contributes to HR projects while safeguarding confidential information.

Leads NICB’s strategy, operations, staff, financial performance, innovation, and stakeholder relationships under Board oversight. The CEO will strengthen member value, develop new fraud-fighting capabilities, guide data and technology transformation, manage organizational risk, cultivate insurance and law-enforcement partnerships, oversee succession planning, and represent NICB in industry and policy efforts. The role requires executive leadership, strategic planning, operational management, public speaking, and travel.
