Provides academic and operational leadership for an undergraduate Business Administration program. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, course and schedule planning, faculty hiring and performance management, professional development, program assessment, student issue resolution, enrollment growth, external partnerships, employer pipelines, and teaching blended or online courses. The role uses data to improve student outcomes, supports faculty excellence, and collaborates with university departments on strategic planning and program growth.

Develops strategic employer partnerships to expand internships, experiential learning, and employment opportunities for university students and alumni. Manages employer accounts, conducts business development and consultative discovery, coordinates employer events, collaborates with faculty and career teams, shares labor market insights, and tracks engagement, hiring outcomes, and partnership growth using employer engagement systems and CRM tools.

Oversees national PAS/BAS certification, recertification, reliability, and professional learning systems. Designs and delivers in-person and virtual training, manages assessment databases and certification workflows, maintains assessor registries, and coordinates national stakeholders. Supervises certification staff, leads strategic planning, manages state and partner relationships, and supports continuous improvement of research-based early childhood administration tools. Frequent local, state, and national travel, including occasional evenings and weekends, is required.
