Leads HR business partnering for assigned functions, advising leaders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee relations, performance, succession planning, and culture. Partners with recruiting, legal, compliance, and HR teams on talent strategies, investigations, policies, onboarding, change management, and HR initiatives. Coaches leaders and direct reports, uses data to guide decisions, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Support planning, execution, and evaluation of regional fundraising events (galas, luncheons, auctions). Provide onsite event staffing, vendor and volunteer coordination, create event materials and SOPs, collaborate with regional development teams, manage logistics, inventory, and donor stewardship to ensure seamless participant experiences.
