Provides legal counsel to university leadership, primarily on employment matters, litigation, disputes, student issues, and regulatory compliance. Manages litigation strategy, outside counsel, legal research, document drafting, risk mitigation, and policy guidance. Advises Human Resources, supports strategic initiatives, mentors legal staff, and advances legal service delivery through responsible use of AI, document automation, and other technology.

Advises students and veterans on Veteran Education Benefits, certifies enrollment with the Department of Veterans Affairs, evaluates eligibility, updates PeopleSoft records, reconciles payments, and coordinates with university departments. The role provides remote customer support through phone, email, chat, and text, resolves complaints, interprets regulatory changes, safeguards documentation, and maintains compliance with VA and university policies.

Manages paid media, PPL partnerships, emerging channel testing, audience strategy, campaign optimization, and performance reporting to support enrollment goals. Oversees partner relationships, campaign execution, lead quality, conversion, budget monitoring, and media investment recommendations. Collaborates cross-functionally with creative, web, analytics, finance, and marketing teams while identifying scalable opportunities across digital channels.

Leads conversion rate optimization and experimentation for National University's digital experiences. Owns the CRO roadmap, A/B and multivariate testing lifecycle, personalization strategy, behavioral analytics, KPI framework, executive reporting, and vendor relationships. Identifies journey friction and opportunities to improve inquiry, application, and enrollment conversion. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Enrollment, Analytics, UX, Product, Technology, and IT to deliver data-informed website optimization, personalization, and AI-assisted experiences.

Provides administrative and clerical support for instructional resource development, organization, distribution, and recordkeeping. Maintains training and attendance data, creates reports and presentations, verifies information accuracy, and assists with special projects. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills. This part-time Federal Work Study role is limited to current National University students with a completed FAFSA and allows up to 25 hours per week.
