Provides customer service and supports sales goals in an optical retail store. Helps customers select eyewear, dispenses glasses and contact lenses as permitted, provides care education, maintains customer records, communicates order updates, answers calls, supports inventory and loss prevention, and maintains store presentation standards.

Conduct complete virtual eye exams using high-definition video and real-time diagnostic feeds supported by on-site technicians. Provide personalized patient care, diagnose and treat eye conditions, educate patients on eye health and prevention, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-first culture.
