Own customer implementation and onboarding, build relationships with dental office stakeholders, act as primary post-launch contact, drive adoption/renewals, surface RCM and practice feedback to product, and represent Needletail at sites and conferences. Sell Needletails solutions to dental offices across the U.S.: develop strategic sales plans, generate demand, build client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications; collaborate with cross-functional teams; integrate AI and agentic systems to enhance product features; ensure performance, fix bugs, and resolve bottlenecks.
