Own event operations, technology stack, budgets, vendor negotiations, KPIs, cross-functional alignment, and a small team/agencies. Use AI to scale event workflows and ensure high-quality attendee experiences while driving pipeline and brand loyalty.

Lead and scale Nerdio's Microsoft partner ecosystem to drive partner-sourced and Microsoft-influenced ARR growth. Build co-sell and marketplace motions, recruit and develop a high-performing ecosystem sales team, form executive Microsoft relationships, and establish repeatable partner-led demand generation and measurable ecosystem KPIs.
