Manage deal desk approvals, enforce discount and data quality policies, process and reconcile orders, maintain Salesforce contract and renewal accuracy, and own end-to-end Microsoft Marketplace private offers and troubleshooting while partnering with sales and finance to protect margins and keep deals moving.

Manage and close Nerdio sales opportunities across the assigned Western US territory. Build and maintain pipeline and partner relationships with Microsoft and channel partners, achieve quota, qualify and close deals using partnership selling and MEDDPICC, present product demos, participate in field events, and coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.

The Marketing AI Operations Manager will lead AI and automation initiatives, enhancing marketing workflows by identifying use cases and building solutions using modern AI tools while collaborating with various teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
