Responsibilities include triaging and documenting tickets, managing SLAs, prioritizing requests, identifying root causes, maintaining customer relationships, creating knowledgebase content, and coaching support colleagues. The role also collaborates with consultants, sales, and management to improve processes, support service continuity, and maximize customers’ use of Intacct functionality.

Lead complex Sage Intacct ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and support transition. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, change management, stakeholder management, risk and scope management, pre-sales support, and client relationship development. The role configures multi-entity financial systems, coordinates technical integrations and data migrations, mentors consultants, and improves implementation methodologies.

Leads end-to-end technical projects involving business applications, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, integrations, reporting, automation, and process improvement. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, requirements, testing, deployment, stakeholder communication, and post-go-live stabilization. Translates business needs into technical execution plans while coordinating internal teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership. Supports data migration, workflow configuration, user adoption, change management, and measurable operational improvements.
