Design, demonstrate, and implement Sage X3 ERP solutions for prospects and customers. Perform discovery, create demos and solution designs, lead initial architecture and problem-solving, coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce implementation best practices, produce process and data models, and support sales and consulting managers to meet technical and financial targets.

Provide Level 2 technical support and implementations for MSP clients, troubleshooting desktop/server/network issues, configuring hardware/software, managing backups, EDR remediation, RMM usage, and updating client documentation. Act as escalated resource on service tickets, support projects, maintain certifications, meet KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, utilization, SLA), and coordinate with service coordination and project management.

The Senior Client Sales Executive drives revenue growth, manages a sales pipeline, converts clients, expands existing accounts, and collaborates with teams for success plans and demos.
