Lead Sage X3 ERP implementation projects as the primary client-facing project manager. Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Facilitate status meetings, resolve issues, handle change requests, and support continuous improvement and client relationship growth. Travel approximately 20% within the U.S.

Lead end-to-end CRM implementations using Creatio and other enterprise CRM platforms: gather requirements, map processes, configure native tools, manage scope/budget, run UAT, train users, and ensure adoption and ongoing client support.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of small projects and PMO workstreams. Track deliverables, budgets, schedules, and documentation; prepare reports and dashboards; manage stakeholder communications, risks, and change requests; support process improvements and PMO tool data accuracy.
