The role also supports payment processing, including wires and ACH payments, contract accounting analysis in Sage Intacct, commission coding, revenue recognition schedules, audits, and compliance. The role also supports presales scoping, client expansion opportunities, consultant mentoring, and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Implements and supports client desktop, server, networking, security, backup, and cloud technologies in an MSP environment. Provides second-level service desk escalation, remote troubleshooting, onsite support, project engineering, documentation, ticket management, status reporting, and client communication. The role owns resolution time, customer satisfaction, utilization, and SLA metrics while maintaining certifications and adapting to new platforms.

Leads a 24x7 managed IT services practice across Service Desk, NOC, SOC, field services, and project delivery. Oversees service quality, operational metrics, escalations, capacity, utilization, financial drivers, and continuous improvement. Builds and develops high-performing teams, manages client health and executive escalations, supports retention and growth, and partners across Sales, PMO, Client Experience, and other practices to deliver consistent client outcomes.

Lead and coach an Acumatica sales team across the U.S. and Canada, driving new business revenue in manufacturing, construction, and food and beverage. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing the full pipeline, delivering tailored product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, closing high-value deals, collaborating with marketing, and owning revenue forecasting and reporting.

Leads a consulting team delivering Sage ERP solutions, overseeing consultants, client relationships, project quality, budgets, timelines, and customer retention. Manages team performance and development, steers existing-account projects, reviews deliverables and invoices, and supports pre-sales, account planning, engagement scoping, statements of work, pricing, and revenue growth. Maintains expertise in Sage X3 or Sage 500 and relevant client industries while ensuring profitable, high-quality service delivery.

Leads operational integration of acquired businesses from transaction close through stabilization. Develops integration roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and executive reports; coordinates Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other workstreams; manages acquired leadership relationships; oversees ERP, CRM, billing, technology, policy, and process transitions; mitigates risks, drives accountability, and improves integration playbooks.

Leads enterprise integration of Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence through operational maturity. Develops integration strategies, governance frameworks, playbooks, and success metrics; oversees cross-functional workstreams, technology migrations, customer transitions, vendor integration, risk mitigation, and operational transformation. Partners with executives and business leaders to drive accountability, monitor KPIs, resolve roadblocks, and realize strategic and financial objectives across acquired organizations.

Lead product/offering strategy for process manufacturing ERP solutions: define solution roadmaps, go-to-market, sales enablement, partner/customer engagement, and measure performance to drive revenue and adoption.

Lead Net at Work’s transformation into an AI-native company by redesigning workflows, deploying virtual workers, building AI capabilities, training employees, and managing adoption. Establish the internal AI tool stack, standards, and use-case pipeline while delivering measurable operating leverage through reduced cycle times, improved quality, increased capacity, and margin gains. Validate results with Finance and drive organization-wide change through influence, process redesign, and strong stakeholder leadership.

Leads and grows a client-facing AI and data services practice, owning strategy, offerings, delivery methods, team development, client outcomes, sales support, and P&L performance. Guides clients from data readiness and AI use-case discovery through production deployment, adoption, and measurable business results. Advises executives, scopes complex engagements, builds delivery teams, and develops managed, subscription, and advisory services.

Provide functional support for Sage Intacct and related integrations, troubleshooting complex and escalated customer issues through resolution. Responsibilities include ticket triage, SLA management, root-cause analysis, documentation, customer communication, knowledge-base development, process improvement, and coaching support team members. The role also builds customer relationships and collaborates with consulting, sales, and support teams to improve product adoption and service quality.
