Owns NetBox Labs’ network observability products from strategy and definition through general availability and ongoing iteration. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, technical product expertise, customer discovery, prototyping, success metrics, GTM enablement, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, customer success, and sales. The role focuses on telemetry, monitoring, troubleshooting production networks, and delivering observability capabilities across cloud and enterprise deployments.

Build and operate secure AI platforms, agent workflows, and reusable automation patterns. Embed security into SDLC and PDLC through threat modeling, scanning, secrets detection, supply-chain controls, and automated reviews. Develop AWS identity, network, access, and infrastructure guardrails, including zero-trust and privileged-access automation. Own production services, monitoring, incident response, and on-call support while partnering with teams across the company to enable secure self-service workflows.

Lead and grow the Americas Customer Success team, coaching CSMs, establishing scalable playbooks and operating cadences, improving adoption and customer health, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales, Renewals, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product. The role combines people leadership with hands-on management of strategic customer relationships and requires technical fluency in network automation or infrastructure tooling.
