Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market goals. Create persona-based content across the funnel, including blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, sales collateral, videos, emails, and web copy. Measure conversion and test content effectiveness while collaborating with product, growth, sales, communications, community, people, customer success, engineering, and product teams to strengthen brand consistency, engagement, and demand generation.

Own end-to-end commercial renewals for transactional and mid-market customers: quotes, uplift, negotiation, signed orders. Build repeatable renewal processes, improve forecast accuracy, automate admin work, generate quotes/order forms, and keep CRM and CS platform data clean. Co-lead enterprise renewals with CSMs and drive metrics like gross revenue retention, uplift, on-time renewals, and reduced CSM admin time.

Own end-to-end delivery of company-critical cross-team programs: manage dependencies, surface risks, align Engineering and Product, improve predictability, and provide program visibility to leadership.
