Lead architecture and development for scalable document content extraction and transformation systems. Build full-stack, event-driven applications using C#/.NET, AWS, Kafka, OCR technologies, APIs, and AI services. Own initiatives from design through production, improve reliability and performance, implement observability, address technical debt, document architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Own strategic law firm and legal department relationships, advising clients on legal AI adoption and transformation. Drive renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention while developing tailored AI roadmaps, leading executive business reviews, measuring ROI, and addressing account risks. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineers to improve adoption and product outcomes. Represent NetDocuments at industry events and contribute to customer success best practices.

Lead and coach a Corporate sales team of six AEs to drive predictable revenue across 6–12 month enterprise deals. Recruit and scale AE teams, establish enterprise governance and sales playbooks (MEDDICC/BANT), shape go-to-market strategy, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and cross-sell/renewal motions.
