Perform origination, underwriting, and monitoring of investment-grade private placements (4a2), including credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and documentation review. Prepare investment memos and present recommendations, actively monitor portfolio credits, manage relationships with sponsors and banks, identify secondary trading opportunities, support business development with sales and marketing, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams.

Lead multi-year software platform implementations and operating-model transformations for private wealth/asset management. Manage cross-functional workstreams, vendor integrations, data conversion, process redesign, testing/UAT, stakeholder reporting, budgets, risks, and milestones to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This internship provides students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in asset management and collaborate with industry experts.
