Process and scan paper records, books, files, microfilm, and roll film into secure digital archives. Prepare, organize, track, and return documents; maintain inventory and data-entry records; review scans for accuracy and image quality; perform basic corrections; resolve errors; and follow confidentiality and document-handling procedures. The role requires reliable, detail-oriented production work, Microsoft Office proficiency, physical handling of materials, and on-site work at client locations.

Perform end-to-end, integration, system, user acceptance, and automated testing for software applications. Create test strategies, plans, documentation, and automated test cases; execute tests; assess results; and track defects through resolution. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, identify risks, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with engineering and development teams. Support product implementations, training, technical escalations, and quality assurance oversight across project workstreams.

Analyze court workflows and judicial processes, document current and future-state requirements, and translate operational needs into software solutions. Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, customer engagements, testing, configuration, demonstrations, training, and implementation activities. Create user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA, support Product and Engineering teams, provide subject-matter guidance, and manage multiple concurrent projects while communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
