Performs high-volume on-site scanning and document preparation for historical and vital records. Responsibilities include handling and tracking originals, operating and troubleshooting scanning equipment, entering inventory data in Excel, reviewing image quality, correcting scanning errors, meeting production schedules, and following confidentiality and data-handling protocols. The role requires repetitive work, attention to detail, occasional lifting of 30–50 pounds, and work in warehouses, records facilities, and offices.

Provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting for multiple SaaS products, serves as an escalation point, manages support tickets, and collaborates with engineering, QA, and product teams. Leads support initiatives, documents issues and solutions, improves processes, assists with installations, analyzes customer trends, and mentors junior staff. Requires strong communication, de-escalation, independent problem-solving, technical documentation, and system administration skills.

Provides broad in-house legal support across commercial and government contracts, privacy and cybersecurity, employment, procurement, disputes, compliance, and corporate operations. Advises business stakeholders, drafts legal documents and policies, coordinates outside counsel, manages legal risks, and develops standardized templates, playbooks, workflows, and reporting. The role supports post-merger integration and process scaling in a high-growth, PE-backed GovTech environment.
