Coordinate software engineering planning, tracking, and delivery in a remote asynchronous environment. Maintain Linear as the source of truth, run planning meetings, surface blockers, document progress, and publish daily updates. Translate engineering discussions into architecture diagrams and build AI-powered workflows, prompts, and skills that reduce project management overhead. The role requires strong software delivery knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to manage dependencies, priorities, and scope.

Lead and build Neural Earth's geospatial data science function: design and deploy Python-based geospatial models, architect production geospatial data pipelines, validate reproducible methods, translate scientific outputs into customer-ready products, and manage and mentor at least one direct report while advising customers and stakeholders.

Own the customer journey from pre-sales solution design through enterprise implementation, onboarding, go-live, adoption, and expansion. Build customer-specific demos and ROI cases for P&C insurance workflows, configure SaaS and data products, coordinate integrations, and ensure rapid time to value. Translate customer feedback into product priorities while partnering with underwriting, finance, technical, and executive stakeholders. Establish scalable scoping, launch, measurement, and customer success processes in an early-stage startup environment.
