Designs and modifies blow mold, injection molding, robotic, automation, and plastic welding tooling. Manages tooling procurement, acquisition, replacement, and improvement projects. Investigates tooling reliability issues, leads root cause analysis and corrective actions, conducts condition assessments, develops maintenance procedures, and supports troubleshooting and repair planning. Serves as a technical expert in FMEA and RFMEA activities.

Develops and supports industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, automation, and industrial networks for manufacturing operations. Supports equipment specification, procurement, production launches, tooling, process development, reliability improvements, FMEAs, time studies, troubleshooting, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Works across blow molding, injection molding, production, and maintenance teams to improve cycle time, process stability, equipment performance, and manufacturing flexibility.
