Leads platform strategy and roadmap development, mentors SIEM personnel, establishes standards and procedures, provides technical escalation support, and collaborates with security, infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, application, and compliance teams.

Executes internal and external communications across newsletters, town halls, web, email, social media, PR, and thought leadership channels. Partners with leadership, marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to develop aligned messaging and brand campaigns. Owns organic social strategy, coordinates media relations, manages communication calendars and approvals, and tracks brand performance metrics including search share, web traffic, impressions, and audience growth.

Leads end-to-end product design for Account Hub, a cross-brand customer-facing platform. Manages two product designers, owns design direction, partners with product, engineering, and brand teams, governs design system integration, and translates complex requirements into actionable roadmaps. The role balances enterprise-wide design standards with bespoke solutions while delivering shippable experiences and supporting team development.
