Leads customer discovery, consultative executive engagements, ROI and TCO analysis, value-based selling, account expansion, and managed services positioning across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and support solutions. Coaches field sales teams, develops enablement materials and repeatable sales motions, and aligns proposed services with customer operating models, governance, SLAs, and transformation goals.

Supports technology infrastructure deployment projects by tracking deliverables, updating centralized repositories, manipulating and uploading spreadsheets, quality-assuring data, coordinating with vendors and client departments, recording meeting minutes, and preparing routine metrics and reports. The role is primarily administrative and requires strong accuracy, communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for enterprise brands across major social platforms. Collaborates with brand, medical affairs, paid media, analytics, creative, IT, and agency teams; guides content through pharmaceutical MLR and FDA compliance reviews; analyzes audience and channel performance; creates leadership reporting; and maintains social media best practices and strategy playbooks.
