Teams at New Leaf Energy, Inc.

Design and review commercial, government, and utility-scale solar PV projects (3–300MW AC). Produce permitting and 50% bid-level drawings, perform feasibility analyses, follow design standards, support milestone reviews and permitting/bidding administration, and contribute to continuous improvement and training.

Manage utility-scale interconnection portfolios across multiple ISOs, lead application window planning, coordinate internal teams and consultants, monitor ISO performance and risks, engage in ISO/FERC policy discussions, and maintain stakeholder relationships to advance project schedules to construction and commercialization.

Participate in development and financing of solar, wind, and storage projects from origination to close. Manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and data rooms, track deliverables, support legal documentation and contract negotiation, and forecast project milestones to enable timely transaction closings.
