Lead investor relations and capital formation for a private equity GP stakes strategy. Produce investor materials, manage prospect pipelines, coordinate fundraising activities, advise partner GPs, and support LP communications. Contribute to portfolio monitoring, valuation, financial diligence, reporting, capital planning, and transaction analysis. Build relationships with institutional investors, partner GPs, placement agents, and internal distribution and marketing teams.

10-week sales internship supporting Field Sales and Account Management. Learn NYL GBS products, use Salesforce/BenefitFlow/Tableau and generative AI, collaborate cross-functionally, participate in mentorship and a capstone project, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Underwrite middle-market private credit transactions: conduct industry research and due diligence, build complex financial models, prepare underwriting memos and term sheets, assist in legal documentation and closings, manage a portfolio of accounts, and communicate with lenders and sponsors.

Manage and grow an assigned book of mid/large-group benefit clients (500-4,999 lives). Ensure exceptional client and broker service, drive retention and profitable upsell/cross-sell, lead renewals and negotiations, collaborate with underwriting and service partners, mentor team members, support compliance and training, attend industry events, and implement process improvements. Hybrid role based in Chicago with up to 30% domestic overnight travel.

This role involves owning the security architecture for AI platforms on GCP, designing guardrails, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should have extensive experience in cloud security, specifically with GCP services, Kubernetes security, and AI/ML security practices.
