The role partners across investment, sales, legal, compliance, and operations teams while helping prioritize workstreams and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Candidates need six to nine years of relevant financial services experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, office operations, filing, light technology support, client documentation, compliance, and process improvement. The role serves as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintains confidentiality, supports client-facing engagements, and assists with special projects in a hybrid Chicago office environment.
