Manage and grow an assigned book of mid/large-group benefit clients (500-4,999 lives). Ensure exceptional client and broker service, drive retention and profitable upsell/cross-sell, lead renewals and negotiations, collaborate with underwriting and service partners, mentor team members, support compliance and training, attend industry events, and implement process improvements. Hybrid role based in Chicago with up to 30% domestic overnight travel.

Support investor relations for Apogem's direct lending strategy by producing and updating client-ready presentations and marketing materials, responding to RFPs/RFIs and inbound data requests, maintaining CRM and data room content, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with sales, investment, BI, operations, compliance, and legal teams. Use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Conduct credit underwriting and due diligence for private credit investments: build and manage complex financial models, prepare underwriting memos and term sheets, support legal closings, manage portfolio accounts, conduct industry research, identify risks, and mentor junior staff.
