Advise clients on statutory credits and negotiated/discretionary incentives, conduct research and legislative analysis, build incentive valuation models, prepare applications and proposals, track program updates, coordinate data collection, and support client negotiations and deal structuring.

Lead and grow Newmark's Economic Incentives Advisory practice: develop go-to-market strategy, cross-sell services, write proposals, negotiate incentives, advise C-suite and tax teams, manage and mentor staff, oversee data collection and reporting, and represent the firm as a public thought leader.

Manage implementation of smaller construction projects including contractor sourcing, bid analysis, project initiation, kickoff and closeout meetings, stakeholder liaison, and administrative tasks such as purchase/change orders, invoice processing, and project status updates to meet budget and schedule targets.
