The role creates narratives around market participants and demand drivers, evaluates research resources, supports national and global initiatives, trains brokers on tools, and mentors junior staff. Success requires strong analytical, writing, communication, data management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Conduct location strategy analyses for corporate real estate clients, including labor market, demographic, migration, compensation, business climate, and supply chain research. Analyze internal and client datasets, create dashboards, mapping tools, workflow analyses, and executive reports, and present findings to clients. Support consulting engagements, client account management, sales pursuits, and business development while collaborating across teams.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines, and MDM. Integrate agentic AI/LLM workflows, build ML-ready data foundations, set engineering standards, lead cross-team technical initiatives, and mentor senior engineers.
