Lead, coach, and mentor ServiceNow software engineers delivering complex customer projects. Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, troubleshoot platform and module issues, maintain integrations, support upgrades and performance optimization, document technical solutions, and perform deployments. The role requires advanced ServiceNow development expertise and SAM/HAM experience, along with ServiceNow certifications.

Drive organizational change management for ServiceNow transformation programs by assessing impacts and readiness, developing stakeholder and communication plans, delivering training, measuring adoption, mitigating resistance, and supporting post-implementation sustainment. Collaborate with business leaders, delivery teams, consultants, and end users across ServiceNow implementations.
