Contract designer responsible for developing brand and marketing assets across sales enablement, events, merchandise, email, and landing pages. The role also builds a markdown-based design system that AI tools can apply consistently, creates templates for non-designers, and coaches teams on AI-assisted design workflows. Candidates should have at least three years of design experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, print production experience, and strong independent collaboration skills.

Leads the Account Management organization, owning customer growth, retention, net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and value realization. Builds and manages Account Directors, develops account management playbooks, sponsors strategic customers, identifies account risks and opportunities, and establishes measurable success plans. Requires deep expertise in media, ad tech, and marketing measurement, along with experience leading teams and driving expansion revenue.

Own relationships with key enterprise customers, serve as a trusted advisor, drive product adoption and measurable value, retain and expand accounts, identify growth opportunities, and share customer insights with Product and Sales. Success includes building stakeholder relationships, developing account success plans, improving net revenue retention, preventing churn, generating expansion revenue, and increasing usage of Newton’s AI-powered media measurement products.
