Lead and operationalize strategic priorities across Customer Experience and Marketing by translating goals into a prioritized initiative portfolio. Coach a small project management team, drive end-to-end execution, implement scalable PM frameworks, and lead change management to ensure adoption and service continuity. Use data insights to identify opportunities, influence senior stakeholders on resource allocation, and embed continuous improvement to increase organizational execution and impact.

The Energy Storage Project Developer will lead origination and development of energy storage projects, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate with stakeholders to secure project approval.

Lead electrical reliability and performance for Nexamp's PV and BESS fleet by performing root-cause analysis, optimizing protection and control settings, coordinating with utilities and OEMs, improving monitoring/diagnostics, developing standards and models, and mentoring junior staff to reduce downtime and maximize energy value.
