Senior electrical engineer responsible for improving reliability, availability, and performance across solar PV and BESS assets. The role focuses on protection settings, relay coordination, utility grid interactions, inverter controls, root-cause failure analysis, fleet monitoring, loss reduction, and performance optimization. The engineer partners with utilities, OEMs, operations, asset management, and engineering teams while developing analytical models, corrective actions, design standards, and diagnostic frameworks.

Evaluates, structures, executes, and manages renewable energy financing transactions across distributed generation and utility-scale portfolios. Responsibilities include building complex project and portfolio financial models, analyzing debt and tax equity structures, coordinating transaction closings, preparing financing and investment materials, managing lender and investor relationships, tracking covenants, and supporting ongoing financing facilities.

Lead electrical design review, modeling, protection coordination, and commissioning for utility-scale solar and storage projects. Manage third-party engineering scopes, review utility interconnection studies, develop protective settings, mentor junior engineers, support construction and O&M, and drive process and product improvements to ensure code-compliant, safe project delivery.

The Senior Interconnection Engineer will manage utility interconnection applications, provide technical expertise, and ensure project compliance for renewable energy designs. This includes collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior engineers while driving process improvements.
