The Machine Learning Engineer will build data-intensive products, deploy ML models, analyze datasets, and collaborate with product teams to enhance Nextdoor's platform.

The Senior Analytics Engineering Manager will oversee analytics engineering vision, manage a team, ensure data quality, and drive data-driven decisions across departments.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop backend systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to product features and roadmaps.

Lead consumer product design craft and manage 5–6 designers while remaining hands-on. Run critiques, establish growth plans, oversee design capacity across seven product areas, guide design-system decisions, represent design with executives, and ship high-impact product experiences. The role requires strong UX/product design judgment, research synthesis, people management, and AI-assisted design fluency.

Own the end-to-end rebuild of Nextdoor’s consumer search experience, including query understanding, retrieval, ranking, result quality, organic and sponsored content blending, and monetization. Define search relevance metrics, partner with engineering, data science, ML, research, design, and marketing teams, and use A/B testing to improve engagement and revenue while protecting user experience.
