Mentored software engineering internship working ~10 hours/week. Tasks include Java or Python coding, ingesting geospatial data into RDBMS, writing/testing/debugging code, preparing architecture diagrams and briefings, participating in code reviews, researching new tools, documenting processes, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance.

Mentored internship focused on data science and machine learning. Interns will use Python to acquire, clean, and analyze geospatial datasets, research ML algorithms, develop and test models with guidance, visualize results, and collaborate with data engineers. No prior work experience required; US citizenship required; ~10 hours/week; remote.

Participate in full SDLC building and integrating software for DoD customers. Develop C++/Python systems, curate synthetic geospatial raster data, apply TDD, operate in DevSecOps pipelines, and use containerization and CI/CD for deployment and testing.
