Manage customer onboarding and implementation for Niche’s education products, collaborating with internal teams and Account Managers to ensure successful technical setup and rapid time to value. Provide training, product demonstrations, individualized problem solving, and ongoing setup support. Serve as a product and industry expert, escalate technical inquiries, represent customer needs in product improvements, and meet onboarding timeline targets.

Own B2B pipeline and B2C growth analytics, including attribution, acquisition, registration funnels, SEO performance, forecasting, dashboards, experimentation, and marketing measurement. Partner with marketing, growth, product, sales, and data engineering to establish reliable metrics, improve reporting, guide investment decisions, and communicate actionable insights. The role also contributes to dbt models, semantic layers, AI-assisted analytics, and analyst mentorship.

Own the registered student experience from post-registration activation through enrollment. Lead lifecycle engagement, re-engagement messaging, personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and retention across web and app experiences. Use data, user research, and AI-enabled products to improve student value while generating insights for college partners. Define strategy, metrics, and cross-functional roadmaps across product, marketing, design, and other teams.
