Leads the design and development of high-speed analog, RF, and mixed-signal ICs for coherent optical and PAM4 communication systems. Responsibilities include transistor-level architecture, circuit design, layout, silicon bring-up, characterization, RF wafer probing, specification development, design reviews, and collaboration with product engineering and optical systems teams. Provides technical guidance and mentorship while developing solutions using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS processes.

Leads Nokia’s Americas AI and Cloud technology strategy across IP and optical networking, AI infrastructure, photonics, data center interconnects, and automation. Shapes architecture vision, investment priorities, product roadmaps, partnerships, and market positioning while advising hyperscalers, cloud providers, and infrastructure leaders. Engages executives and technical decision-makers, facilitates architecture workshops, identifies emerging opportunities, and translates complex technology trends into customer value, business strategy, and new offerings. Mentors technical leaders and supports strategic ecosystem development.

Leads and builds a 24x7 Engineering Technician organization supporting photonic integrated circuit wafer fabrication, process development, equipment qualification, engineering experiments, and production operations. Responsibilities include hiring, workforce planning, shift scheduling, training, cross-functional prioritization, technical coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement across Fab1 and Fab2 manufacturing activities.
