The Head of Product Marketing will own Noma’s positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and product launches for its AI security platform. They will build and lead the product marketing team, define buyer segments and personas, enable Sales, collaborate with Product on roadmap insights, and align Demand Gen messaging. The role requires proven cybersecurity, infrastructure, or AI product marketing experience, startup growth experience, team management, and a repeatable launch framework.

Lead hands-on technical post-sales engagements, helping customers deploy, integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize Noma’s AI security platform. Translate use cases into production-ready workflows, automation, integrations, runbooks, and reusable implementation patterns. Conduct technical deep dives, resolve complex issues, coordinate escalations, enable customers, and collaborate with Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support teams.

Own strategic post-sales relationships with enterprise customers, advising them on AI security and governance. Lead discovery, define measurable outcomes, drive adoption, support retention and expansion, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and operationalization teams. Translate CISO-level strategy, GRC concerns, business objectives, and technical requirements into practical solution strategies while identifying new AI security use cases and growth opportunities.

Own technical pre-sales for enterprise AI security: lead discovery, design demos, execute end-to-end POCs, partner with AEs, surface product feedback, and advise customers on complex technical decisions.

Own the systems, reporting, dashboards, processes, and resource infrastructure supporting Noma’s post-sales organization. Build standardized decks and playbooks, automate task tracking, QBR preparation, and renewals, maintain centralized content resources, and support renewal reporting. Partner with TAMs, support, and leadership to identify operational gaps, prioritize improvements, and coordinate technical builds. The role requires autonomy, systems thinking, and experience supporting customer success or revenue operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
