Partner with US leaders, managers, and employees to support organizational growth, performance management, employee relations, talent development, organizational change, culture, and engagement. Build scalable People programs, coach managers, use workforce data and AI to improve processes, and support a distributed workforce within a global technology company.

Own the systems, reporting, dashboards, processes, and automation supporting Noma’s post-sales organization. The role maintains renewal and QBR tracking, standardizes decks and playbooks, centralizes customer success resources, identifies operational gaps, and coordinates technical builds with internal partners. It requires autonomy, strong systems thinking, and experience supporting customer success or revenue operations in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

Lead Noma’s global Talent Acquisition function across the US, Israel, Europe, and other markets. Build and manage high-performing recruiting teams, establish scalable hiring processes and metrics, oversee workforce planning and recruiting forecasts, personally drive executive and critical hires, improve candidate experience, and implement AI-enabled recruiting tools. Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders to support rapid growth and strengthen hiring quality, speed, and accountability.
