Coordinate recruitment, enrollment, and academic support for TRIO SSS Access program. Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, collect and analyze program data, develop tracking systems, provide academic advising and student programming, assist with reports and federal compliance, and support participant retention, graduation, and post-graduate planning.

Provide academic advisement and educational planning to admitted and continuing students in the College of Business and Technology. Maintain student caseloads and electronic records, monitor progress, counsel probationary students, assist with petitions and referrals, participate in orientation and recruitment events, and coordinate advising services and outreach.

Coordinate and manage clinical affiliations, placements, and compliance for nursing students and adjunct clinical faculty. Maintain databases, communicate with partners, collect placement and satisfaction data, and support faculty and student onboarding and development.
